2. User Eligibility

You must be 18+ to register and use this platform. By using Lens Links, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Vendor Listings & Client Interactions

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their listings accurate (pricing, availability, service descriptions).
• Clients must be honest, respectful, and uphold agreed terms.
• Lens Links is not a party to any service agreement between clients and vendors. All bookings and transactions are at the discretion of both parties.

4. Fees and Payments

• Lens Links may charge a commission or platform fee. Any such fees will be transparently communicated.
• Payment arrangements are made directly between client and vendor, unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Each creative sets their own cancellation policy.
• Clients and vendors should confirm terms clearly before booking.

6. Content Ownership

• Creatives own their content.
• By uploading to Lens Links, creatives grant us a license to showcase their work on the platform and marketing materials.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information (fake profiles or false listings)
• Post inappropriate or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for scams or illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

• Lens Links is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from vendor-client interactions.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.

9. Termination

Lens Links reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates our policies or engages in unethical or illegal conduct.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
